Use ADHERB every day of the pigeons life, this may seem a little excessive but when I can tell you that when using ADHERB Original 1000ml the cost to feed one pigeon every day of the week at 2 feeds a day ,only costs 1 Pence for the whole week ,,that’s seven days not 1pence per day. Training and preparation; using Carr’s natural improvers.

ADHERB,either formulation Original or Aqua everyday..Natravit* 3 times a week..Garlic purifying oil* once or twice a week,(optional) , use Turbo Boost* ,pure Hemp oil the day before training, to hot them up. And finally, trap in with a little trapping seed mix with Aniseed Trapping oil* added,,

A great trapping seed mix is good quality peanuts, rape seed and hemp seed ..put in blender together and blend to a course mix, add trapping oil to the blend before use,DO NOT put the aniseed oil in the blender because your wife won't appreciate all her cakes tasting of aniseed. Use trapping seeds only when trapping from exercising ,training and racing and only let the first 10 -15 birds through the door have it, this encourage them to trap faster next time to get more tit bits, the later trappers will only smell where it was and this will encourage them to trap faster next time. Warning DO NOT use aniseed all the time in all their feeds because they will get used to it and the enticement factor will be lost

Sprint to middle distance; racing;

Use ADHERB every day,Natravit 3 times a week, Turbo Boost pure hemp oil for 2 days before the day of basketing, i.e. if racing Saturday use Wednesday and Thursday, Use Enviromenth loft spray to clear their nasal passages throughout the week. partially blocked nasal passages restrict air to the lungs and also there is strong evidence that birds use smell to track their way home, so keep the passages clear. with Enviromenth
On return from the race use Trapping oil in their trapping mix and ADHERB in their feed or water to sort out any problems they may have picked up from other peoples pigeons in the baskets.

Distance racing;

Use the same regime as above except drop out the turbo boost and replace with Supreme gold 100% pure natural wheat germ oil.this gives a slow release energy for the long flight home.

Diets for Sprint racing. These are not produced by Carr’s

There are many companies producing good quality racing mixes, I believe that for sprint racing a good high carbohydrate mix is essential, not many peas at all but plenty of safflower, white sorghum (dari), paddy rice, cribb maize with a little linseed and a few tares and mung beans etc.keep the diet light, the birds digest it quickly and when released on the morning of the race they are packed full of power with out carrying the weight in a bulky crop, This light mix should be used for all the time,don‘t break down with a depurative when they return they don‘t need it .the ADHERB will do this function on it‘s own.you will feel their pectorals the chest muscles bulk up on Wednesday/Thursday this is what you need to be achieving ,not fat but muscle power !!
Diets for distance racing; Again there are plenty of good quality distance mixes, heavier protein content is essential to give the birds plenty of staying power when the going gets tough and a good source of protein is tares, small and relatively easy to digest, good quality peanuts are also helpful but only give 4 or 5 maximum, good Soya beans are being used as well they have a protein content nearly double peas and beans so less weight in the crop for the same effect. Build the birds up for at least 7 days before basketing. don’t forget they could be in the basket many days when on long haul flights so prepare for this,don’t send them away on the lorry under weight.

HOW CAN YOU BREED WONDERFULLY STRONG YOUNGSTERS TIME AFTER TIME

THE CARR'S breeding program

The aims of the program:

1.To achieve as near 100% fully hatched and reared youngsters.

2.To bring those youngsters on with no health problems at all.

3.To produce strong, weaned youngsters that are visibly superior than in previous years.

4.To keep those youngsters healthy and growing steadily until racing

5.To keep the program as simple as possible.

6.To breed youngsters that will win races.

Lets have a look at how we can achieve these aims.

To achieve near 100% hatch. Starts with the fertility of the parents. Many flyers know that building the fertility near to breeding is essential, but many only concentrate on the hens and don't give the cocks a second thought, This is totally wrong ,both parents need to be in excellent breeding condition both on the outside and on the inside to produce healthy eggs and sperm.

This is simply achieved by using Carr's ADHERB on the feed of the birds or alternatively in their water supply, the active natural plant extract in ADHERB clears the gut of harmful pathogens, including coccidiosis,E.Coli , Salmonella and even intestinal worms. The intestine of the bird has an intestinal mucosa, this in a healthy bird is a pink layer that lines the intestine, but in a bird that has been infested with pathogens it can become a grey sticky layer ,that the pathogens live in, feed off and breed in, it is a perfect habitat for them to thrive, and once they start to multiply in great numbers the result is that they will drag the bird down ,to point where their own immune system cannot cope and the bird will eventually die,

ADHERB lifts this layer away and it is passed out with the facaes,flushing with it the pathogens, over time with continued use the gut is cleared of these harmful pathogens and the birds natural immune system is restored, This part of the program has now sorted out the inside problems of the bird, and this will now lead to improved outside appearance i.e. better feather quality, clear eyes, warm feet due to improved circulation. The droppings of the bird will now take on a firm consistency a tell tale sign that everything in the gut is as it should be,

At around six weeks before breeding Supreme fertility gold should be added to ,a good breeding mix with plenty of good quality peas and not much maize, feed Supreme fertility gold two or three times a week in the breeding mix , this is very high in natural vitamin E and this will heighten the fertility levels in the birds this should be used during breeding and rearing with the ADHERB,and can be mixed with the ADHERB,Adding NATRAVIT at this stage will also increase the vitamin levels within the bird and this can also be mixed with the ADHERB and Supreme Fertility Gold and should be given three times a week also, this blend should also be used after the hatch and during the rearing period on a high pea protein rearing mix or young bird mix. When the benefits will be passed to the youngsters when milk feeding is taking place.

Once the youngsters have weaned themselves they must be kept on the same regime for two weeks and then the Supreme Fertility Gold can be halted, and then continue with the ADHERB and the Natravit.

grits and minerals should always be on offer and the birds will take these as and when they need them.

the youngsters will now grow very strong and you may notice that their pectoral muscles look and feel larger, it has been proved that birds reared using ADHERB have pectoral muscle development that can be 10% larger than birds reared on a normal diet, the pectoral muscles are the powerful flight muscles or the chest muscles,

You will also notice that during the youngsters life so far the droppings will have remained solid, this shows that everything is fine in the gut and that the food you are feeding is being utilized and converted to muscle in an efficient way.

Keeping the youngsters in top condition and growing steadily is now of utmost importance, do not stress them unduly ,keep feeding times and exercise times constant ,If you use the darkness system on your young birds ,to help them through the moult quickly use Turbo boost pure hemp oil, this is high in natural sulphur and the moult will be quickened and by using the ADHERB and Natravit combination at the same time the new formed feathers will be strong and very silky. Remember silky feathers have less wind resistance and this leads to more yards per minute.

Young bird sickness has been very common place in the last 10 years, it has been proved through a trial 4 years ago that young birds reared and on ADHERB are not affected as severely as ones not on ADHERB and in most cases the problem is never seen again,

This system of breeding and rearing is a very simple one that takes the minimum of effort and memory.

To simplify the system;

1,Give your birds ADHERB either in the feed or alternatively in the water to clear the gut of harmful pathogens .

2,Administer ADHERB +Natravit +Supreme fertility Gold, both in the feed to both cocks and hens to bring them into breeding condition prior to pairing. Adherb everyday and Natravit and Supreme fertility gold three times a week. This is best done six week prior to pairing

3.Continue to use this combination until the youngsters are two weeks weaned. Then stop using the Supreme fertility gold and carry on with the ADHERB and Natravit.

4, If using the darkness system use Turbo Boost pure Hemp oil + ADHERB +Natravit to quicken the moult.when you when you think the moult is finishing stop using the Turbo Boost and continue with the ADHERB +Natravit combination

Young Bird Sickness (YBS) - Not Such A Problem With Ad-Herb From Carr's Natural Improvers

Findings from a recent survey conducted with the help of Ad-herb users when re-ordering, have revealed outstanding results, and another bonus property previously unknown about Ad-herb. Ad-herb actually reduces the incidence and the effect of YBS. From 100 Ad-herb users our findings are as follows:
